FemiSafe co-founder Noureen Aysha has been featured in the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2026 list under the Social Impact category. The recognition highlights the Kerala-based startup’s growing influence in women’s wellness, menstrual care, and hygiene awareness initiatives across India.

Founded in Kochi, FemiSafe focuses on products and solutions related to menstrual hygiene, women’s wellness, and grooming. The startup gained significant attention through its “Pad Free Kerala” campaign, an initiative aimed at promoting menstrual awareness and sustainable hygiene practices. Forbes also mentioned the campaign while recognising the startup’s impact-driven work.
FemiSafe had earlier raised around ₹3 crore in seed funding, helping the company expand its product offerings and scale operations in the women’s wellness segment. The Forbes recognition now places the startup among some of Asia’s most promising young ventures and entrepreneurs driving social change through innovation.
