Zoho’s 64-acre headquarters near Chennai is designed to combine workspaces with nature and sustainable infrastructure. The campus can accommodate up to 15,000 people and features neo-classical architecture, large work areas, walking paths and extensive green spaces.
The campus has around 62,000 trees and more than one lakh plants. Zoho says 85% of its energy comes from renewable sources, while 92% of its water is recycled. Wastewater is treated and reused across the facility.
A preserved pond has been transformed into a campus lake, which also supports rainwater harvesting. The design includes spacious work areas alongside greenery and open spaces.
The campus is part of Zoho’s 30-year journey and reflects its focus on creating work environments that integrate architecture, technology and sustainability.
