Noida International Airport is set to begin commercial flight operations from June 15, 2026, marking a major milestone for India’s aviation infrastructure.

IndiGo will operate the first flight, kicking off scheduled passenger services, with airlines like Akasa Air and Air India Express expected to follow soon.
Located in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh, the airport is designed to serve the Delhi-NCR region and western Uttar Pradesh, helping ease congestion at existing airports while improving regional connectivity.
In its first phase, the airport will feature one runway and a terminal capable of handling around 12 million passengers annually, with plans to expand capacity significantly in future phases.
The launch is expected to boost economic activity, logistics, and travel convenience, positioning the airport as a key aviation hub in North India.
