Adani Enterprises has incorporated three new subsidiaries to expand its airport city business, focusing on real estate and hospitality development.

The new entities, Adani Navi Mumbai Airport City, Adani Guwahati Airport City, and Adani Ahmedabad Airport City, will operate under its step-down unit, Adani Airport City Ltd.
These subsidiaries will be involved in construction, property development, and hotel projects, including integrated facilities such as restaurants, banquet halls, and business centres.
The move is part of Adani’s broader strategy to develop airport-linked commercial ecosystems, often referred to as “airport cities,” around its growing aviation infrastructure portfolio.
Each subsidiary has been set up with a paid-up capital of ₹10 lakh and is fully owned by Adani Airport City Ltd.
Adani’s airport business already handles a significant share of India’s passenger and cargo traffic, and the group is targeting a major expansion to increase airport capacity and monetise surrounding land assets. This development highlights the company’s push to go beyond core airport operations and build integrated infrastructure, real estate, and hospitality hubs to capture long-term growth in air travel demand.
