India introduces Bharat NCAP programme. In a bid to boost road safety in India. Automobiles will be given ‘star ratings’ .The ratings will be from 1 to 5 .It will be based on the performance in crash tests .Bharat NCAP will follow globally accepted crash-test protocols. The programme will begin on April 1, 2023 Bharat NCAP will let buyers take an informed decision.
