The University Grants Commission (UGC) has taken a strong stand against 20 universities, labeling them as “fake” and unable to provide valid degrees. Among these, most are located in Delhi, with Uttar Pradesh also featuring on the list.
UGC Secretary Manish Joshi highlighted that certain institutions are offering degrees in violation of UGC regulations. It’s important to note that the degrees given by these universities won’t be accepted for higher education or employment purposes. Here is the list of these institutions:
