Saudi Arabia has introduced a Tourism Package Visa Service aimed at simplifying travel for international visitors. Under the new initiative, licensed destination management companies (DMCs) can apply for tourist visas on behalf of travellers as part of bundled travel packages, streamlining the visa process.
The new service is designed to make Saudi Arabia more accessible to global tourists while supporting the Kingdom’s ambitious tourism goals under Vision 2030. By integrating visa processing with travel packages, authorities hope to offer a more convenient and seamless visitor experience.
The Tourism Package Visa Service is expected to benefit leisure travellers, tour operators and the hospitality sector by reducing paperwork and improving travel planning. It also strengthens Saudi Arabia’s efforts to attract millions of international visitors and diversify its economy beyond oil.
