Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has introduced the Nusuk Umrah service, a new digital platform that allows international pilgrims to apply for Umrah visas and book related services directly online, without intermediaries.

A Digital One-Stop Platform
Accessible at umrah.nusuk.sa, the platform is designed to simplify the pilgrimage process and enhance the overall pilgrim experience. It complements existing options such as accredited travel agents while offering a direct, user-friendly alternative.
Customised Pilgrimage Options
Through Nusuk Umrah, users can either select integrated packages or customise their journeys by booking individual services, including visas, accommodation, transportation, and guided tours. All services are provided by authorised and accredited operators.
Ministry Oversight for Quality
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah oversees the platform to ensure international pilgrims receive reliable and high-quality services. By serving as a one-stop shop, Nusuk Umrah aims to provide convenience, efficiency, and peace of mind to travellers.
Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030
The launch of Nusuk Umrah is part of the Kingdom’s broader Vision 2030 strategy to expand religious tourism capacity. The initiative seeks to accommodate more Muslim pilgrims each year while raising the quality of services available to them.
Modernising Religious Tourism
Officials say the platform highlights Saudi Arabia’s commitment to modernising religious tourism infrastructure and harnessing digital technology to improve accessibility for international visitors performing Umrah.
