Liquor major Radico Khaitan has joined forces with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, his son Aryan Khan’s D’YAVOL Luxury Collective, and Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath to launch D’YAVOL Spirits. The venture will focus on premium-quality alcoholic beverages with distinctive design and global appeal.
Premium, Bottled-in-Origin Products
D’YAVOL Spirits aims to create globally sourced, bottled-in-origin products that reflect regional authenticity. The brand will combine Radico Khaitan’s scale and industry expertise with D’YAVOL’s disruptive design ethos, targeting both Indian and international markets.
Equity Stake and Strategic Control
Radico Khaitan’s board has approved the acquisition of a 47.5% equity stake in D’YAVOL Spirits B.V. (Netherlands) and D’YAVOL Spirits Private Limited (India) for up to ₹40 crore. This makes Radico Khaitan the largest shareholder in both companies, with two out of four board seats and the Chairperson’s position.
First Launch: Luxury Tequila
The partnership’s first product will be a luxury tequila, set to debut in the coming months. The portfolio will expand to other premium spirits in line with Radico Khaitan’s “Taking India to the World” strategy.
Global Marketing and Distribution
Under the deal, Radico Khaitan will lead worldwide marketing, trading, and distribution. Shareholder agreements include rights such as ROFR, tag-along, and strategic consent to maintain alignment between all parties.

Shares of Radico Khaitan closed at ₹2,882.60 on the BSE, up ₹29.70 or 1.04% after the announcement.
