Royaloak Furniture is targeting 1,000 stores across India over the next three years as the furniture and home décor retailer plans an aggressive expansion of its retail and manufacturing operations.

The company currently has a network of more than 200 stores and plans to significantly increase its footprint across both metropolitan and emerging markets.
As part of the expansion, Royaloak is planning a manufacturing investment of around ₹100 crore. The investment is expected to strengthen its domestic production capabilities and support the company’s growing retail network.
The company’s expansion comes amid rising consumer demand for organised furniture retail, driven by urbanisation, changing lifestyles and increasing preference for branded home and décor products.
Royaloak plans to use a combination of company-owned and franchise outlets to accelerate store expansion. The wider network is expected to help the brand reach more customers across different regions and market segments.
The company is also focusing on strengthening its manufacturing and supply-chain capabilities as it expands. Increased domestic production could help improve product availability and support the scale-up of its retail operations.
With the planned investment and store expansion, Royaloak aims to strengthen its position in India’s growing organised furniture and home décor market.
