Egypt is making a fresh push to attract investment from India as the two countries seek to deepen economic and trade cooperation.

Top Egyptian investment officials recently met India’s Ambassador in Cairo to discuss expanding bilateral investment and encouraging more Indian companies to establish operations in Egypt.
The discussions focused on strengthening coordination, improving information exchange and advancing projects in priority sectors.
Egypt, Africa’s second-largest economy, is positioning itself as an attractive destination for Indian businesses looking to expand across African and Middle Eastern markets.
The move comes as India’s economy continues to grow, creating opportunities for stronger trade, investment and industrial partnerships between the two countries.
