While speaking at the fifth edition of ‘I Am An Entrepreneur’, organized by channeliam.com at Thiruvananthapuram, G. Unnikrishnan, General Manager, KSIDC, explained about the support extended by KSIDC for entrepreneurs. The entrepreneurship training program, focused on how and when to start an enterprise. Industry experts explained about government assistance and financial supports that entrepreneurs can claim. As one of the largest media training programs in the state for promoting entrepreneurship, I Am An Entrepreneur have provided company and legal guidance for entrepreneurs at all venues. The Business Clinic, that provided with hand-holding support for entrepreneurs, became a key attraction. The first circuit of ‘I Am An Entrepreneur’ witnessed participation of above 800 young entreprenerus, 25 expert sessions, 30 expert professionals and networking sessions between entrepreneurial communities.
Industry experts led discussions on key areas including Q&A sessions on legal assistance for starting a business; taxations issues; GST; financial assistance including loans. Interactive sessions and help desk for participants were a key takeaway of the event.
