Fast Business Setup in Sharjah Free Zone: 45-Minute Licenses!

A free zone in Sharjah has announced an expedited procedure for setting up a business, making it possible for businesses to obtain licenses in just 45 minutes. There are up to 1,500 business activities available to interested parties.

The Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone (SPC Free Zone), the world’s first publishing-focused free zone, offers aspiring business owners, particularly those in the publishing, creative, and related industries, unique, individualized solutions. The SPC Free Zone has also unveiled a limited-time package that aims to cut down on business licensing and setup costs. This presents business owners with a strategic chance to join the largest publishing ecosystem in the region. SPC Free Zone enables small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs to establish or expand their operations in the business-friendly emirate by providing novel solutions.

Newcomers to the free zone will be able to obtain a 45-minute business license, one investor visa, and the flexibility to combine up to three activities from a diverse selection of 1,500 business activities that can be carried out within the free zone for the price of Dh14, 500. This complete bundle incorporates the handling of fundamental records like the notice of affiliation (MoA), rent arrangements at the free zone, share testaments, declarations of development, and business movement authentications.

It also covers Emirates ID typing and important administrative procedures like E-channel registration, establishment card issuance, and UAE residency in less than five days. Additional support services like Businesses that enter the SPC Free Zone will have access to a variety of exceptional business support services, including assistance with corporate banking.

A solid foundation for growth and success will be provided by furnished offices, unfurnished spaces that can be customized to a business’s needs, the only print-on-demand printing facility in the region within the SPC Free Zone, strategic access to sea ports in both the Arabian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman, low operating costs, and expert assistance.

Businesses in the free zone will also benefit from the emirates’ flexible and investor-friendly legal and regulatory frameworks as well as its well-connected business environment due to its location in Sharjah, a strong regional gateway for both mainstream and emerging market sectors.
