Jio has recently announced that its True 5G services have gone live 236 cities and has turned to become the first and the only telecom operator currently to reach such a wide network, that too in such a short span of time. Jio put out the launch of the ‘True 5G’ services in new cities like Hindupur, Madanapalle, Proddatur (Andhra Pradesh), Raigarh (Chhattisgarh), Talcher (Odisha), Patiala (Punjab), Alwar (Rajasthan), Mancherial (Telangana), Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh) and Roorkee (Uttarakhand). Jio users residing in the above cities will be able to experience a welcome offer, with unlimited data at up to 1 Gbps+ speeds, at no additional cost starting from Tuesday, as per their information.
