At GITEX, the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) displayed robots capable of inspecting electrical cables.

Mwafaq robots are exceptional in that they can reduce the cost and time of maintenance.

These four-legged spot robots are used by DEWA to inspect high-voltage cable connections and find defects. It can be used safely to find water pipe breaks, carry out security and surveillance patrols, and make sure that construction projects are placed in difficult-to-reach locations.
