Controversy and Legal Disputes
Ness Wadia was involved in a high-profile legal controversy after Bollywood actress Preity Zinta filed an FIR against him and co-director Mohit Burman in 2025. Zinta questioned the legality of an Extraordinary General Meeting and alleged that her objections were ignored.
