In fact, a post by the official IRCTC handle on platform X clearly refuted the viral claim, stating that no such changes had been made.
IRCTC’s Official Statement
IRCTC responded to the viral post by saying, “Some posts are circulating on Social Media channels mentioning different timings for Tatkal and Premium Tatkal tickets. No such change in timings is currently proposed for either AC or Non-AC classes. The permitted booking timings for agents also remain unchanged.”
