The much-anticipated Invest Kerala Global Summit (IKGS 2025) is set to commence on February 21, with Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan inaugurating the two-day event at Lulu Bolgatty International Convention Centre. The summit will bring together 3,000 delegates, including Union and State Ministers, foreign representatives, industry leaders, and entrepreneurs.

Inaugural Session with Key Leaders
Minister for Industries, Law, and Coir P. Rajeeve will preside over the inaugural function. The session will feature addresses by Union Ministers Nitin Gadkari (Road Transport and Highways), Piyush Goyal (Commerce and Industry), and Jayant Chaudhary (Skill Development and Entrepreneurship).
Prominent speakers include UAE Minister of Economy Abdulla bin Touk Al Marri, Bahrain Minister of Commerce and Industry Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Leader of the Opposition in Kerala Assembly V.D. Satheesan, industrialist M.A. Yusuf Ali, CII President Sanjiv Puri, and Adani Ports & SEZ MD Karan Adani.

The welcome address will be delivered by Kerala Chief Secretary Sarada Muraleedharan, while Principal Secretary (Industries & Commerce) APM Mohammed Hanish will give the vote of thanks.

The summit will host 29 special sessions and an exhibition showcasing over 100 enterprises, including Kerala’s industrial success stories, public sector enterprises, and handicrafts from the state’s traditional sectors.
Invest Kerala Global Summit 2025 will feature key discussions on emerging sectors, investment opportunities, and Kerala’s growth potential. Panels will cover Startups and Innovation, Future of Talent, Medical Excellence, Ayurveda, and Wellness Tourism, Aerospace and Defense Innovation, and Technology and Kerala’s Opportunity. Industry leaders, policymakers, and experts will share insights on fostering entrepreneurship, developing talent, advancing healthcare and wellness tourism, boosting defense and aerospace capabilities, and leveraging technology for economic growth. The summit will serve as a platform for collaboration, innovation, and investment, shaping Kerala’s future in key industries.

Summit to End with Cultural Showcase
The inaugural day will conclude with a special musical presentation featuring Kerala’s classical and folk dance forms, choreographed by Pramod Payyanur.
The second day will focus on Kerala’s role in sustainable tourism, fintech, renewable energy, medical technology, electronic systems, and real estate. The event will also feature B2B meetings with delegations from Germany, Norway, and Vietnam.IKGS 2025 aims to position Kerala as a prime destination for investment and innovation while fostering global collaborations across key industries.
