The Aseer Development Authority, in partnership with the Tourism Development Fund, Red Sea Markets for Real Estate Investment Company, and Banque Saudi Fransi, has officially awarded the main contract for “The Point,” a landmark multi-use project in Abha. The contract is valued at over SAR 1 billion.
A New Hub for Retail and Tourism
Slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2027, The Point will serve as a premier destination for retail, entertainment, hospitality, and tourism in the Aseer region. Spread across 75,000 square metres, it will feature an array of shops, restaurants, local and international cafes, and a cinema.
Strategic Location and World-Class Hospitality
Located just 7 kilometres from Abha city centre and 14 minutes from Abha International Airport, The Point boasts a prime location along the Abha-Khamis Mushait road. It will include luxury Hilton hotel apartments and a Canopy Hotel by Hilton, offering upscale accommodation options for tourists and business travellers alike.

The development will incorporate green spaces and community-oriented facilities such as a health and youth centre, creating a balanced environment for both leisure and wellness.
