The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have officially begun the registration process for graduate-level positions under the Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) for 2024. Interested candidates can apply for these roles until October 13, 2024, by visiting rrbapply.gov.in.
Available Positions
A total of 8,113 vacancies are available across various roles:
- Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor: 1,736 positions
- Station Master: 994 positions
- Goods Train Manager: 3,144 positions
- Junior Account Assistant cum Typist: 1,507 positions
Application Fees
Candidates from SC, ST, ex-servicemen, female, PwBD, transgender, minorities, and Economically Backward Class (EBC) categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs 250. For all other candidates, the fee is Rs 500. A portion of this fee, after deducting bank charges, will be refunded to those who appear for the Computer-Based Test (CBT).

Key Instructions
Candidates are required to maintain an active mobile number and personal email ID throughout the recruitment process. All communications from the RRBs will be sent via SMS and email, and requests for changes in contact details will not be entertained.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a university degree and be between 18 to 36 years of age as of January 1, 2025. Age relaxation details are outlined in the official CEN notification.
