Saudi Arabia Tourist Visa now available for all GCC residents irrespective of their profession

Saudi Arabia stated on Thursday that all expatriate residents in GCC nations, regardless of occupation, will be able to get a tourist visa. The Ministry of Tourism announced the decision stating that expatriate residents in GCC nations can receive an electronic tourism visa by applying through the “Visit Saudi” platform, providing their residency permit is valid for at least three months. In addition, all first-degree relatives of resident visa holders and domestic employees who want to visit with their sponsors are eligible for a tourist visa.  The multiple entrance visa is allowed for both tourists and Umrah, according to Saudi Tourism Minister Ahmed Al-Khateeb.

“#SaudiArabia visa application is now simpler, more convenient and straightforward for residents of GCC states, regardless of their profession,” Al Khateeb tweeted on Thursday.
