Royal Challengers Bengaluru added another major milestone to their IPL journey by winning the IPL 2026 title and pocketing ₹20 crore in prize money. RCB defeated Gujarat Titans in the final held in Ahmedabad, successfully defending their title and securing their second IPL championship.

Despite finishing runners-up, Gujarat Titans also earned a significant payout of around ₹13 crore for their impressive campaign throughout the season. Reports said the Board of Control for Cricket in India allocated a total IPL 2026 prize pool exceeding ₹46.5 crore.
The playoff rewards extended beyond the finalists. Rajasthan Royals reportedly received ₹7 crore for finishing third, while Sunrisers Hyderabad earned ₹6.5 crore after ending fourth in the tournament.
Apart from team rewards, individual performers also received bonuses. Orange Cap and Purple Cap winners earned ₹10 lakh each, while the Emerging Player award carried ₹20 lakh.
