Prominent Indian cricketers and their families are strengthening their presence in Mumbai’s booming luxury real estate market with property investments worth over ₹65 crore. According to reports, family members of Suryakumar Yadav, Rohit Sharma and former India pacer Zaheer Khan have purchased premium residential properties across key locations in the city.

Devisha Yadav, wife of Suryakumar Yadav, bought an apartment worth around ₹7.18 crore in Deonar, continuing the couple’s investment in the same luxury residential project. Meanwhile, Ritika Sajdeh, wife of Rohit Sharma, purchased a high-end apartment valued at about ₹26.3 crore in Prabhadevi, one of Mumbai’s most sought-after residential neighbourhoods.
Former Indian cricketer Zaheer Khan and his family also invested in a property worth roughly ₹11 crore on Elphinstone Road. The combined deals reflect the strong demand for upscale housing in Mumbai, where luxury residential projects continue to attract high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and sports personalities seeking premium living spaces and long-term investment opportunities.
