When asked about Kerala’s progress over the past five years, Ravi acknowledges slow but positive change toward inclusivity. Looking ahead, she believes the next five years are unpredictable but full of potential. She notes that if future innovators and entrepreneurs adopt inclusive hiring policies, employment opportunities for persons with disabilities could accelerate. “It all starts from the thought to the policy,” she adds.
