The Lulu IT Twin Towers, a key dream project of Lulu Group Chairman M.A. Yusuff Ali, will officially begin operations on June 28 at the Smart City in Kakkanad, Kochi. Built with an investment exceeding ₹1,500 crore, the facility offers state-of-the-art infrastructure in the fields of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence, marking it as one of the most advanced IT campuses in South India.
Inauguration by Chief Minister
Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the Lulu IT Twin Towers. These towers are now the tallest IT office buildings in South India and the largest in Kerala. Each of the two towers stands 152 meters high with 30 floors, spanning a total of 35 lakh square feet. Out of this, 25 lakh square feet is dedicated to office spaces for IT companies, with the capacity to accommodate over 30,000 tech professionals.

Modern Infrastructure and Facilities
The Twin Towers are equipped with cutting-edge features, including:
- The world’s largest automated robotic parking system
- Parking space for 4,500 vehicles, including 3,200 robotic and 1,300 conventional slots across three levels
- An onsite helipad
- LEED Platinum pre-certified green building standards
- Full power backup
- 67 high-speed elevators and 12 escalators
- A food court that can serve 2,500 people at once
- A modern conference hall with 600-seat capacity
Additional amenities include electric vehicle charging points, a data center, banking services, convenience stores, a gym, outdoor gardens, a daycare center, open seating areas, rainwater harvesting systems, and waste management plants.
Boost for Local Employment
According to Lulu IT Parks Director and CEO Abhilash Valyavayalil, the goal is to create jobs for 50,000 IT professionals through Lulu IT Parks within the next three years. He added that Kochi is seen as a future-ready Tier-2 city with a strong talent pool. Currently, 13,800 professionals are employed in Lulu’s two Cyber Towers in Infopark.
