Jio is showcasing its vision for an AI-first, home-grown technology ecosystem at India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2026, highlighting innovations designed to address India’s scale and diversity while targeting global markets.

The company is presenting technologies spanning satellite connectivity, autonomous networks, education, AI wearables, enterprise solutions and smart homes.
One of the key showcases is Jio’s sovereign Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite constellation, envisioned to extend broadband connectivity beyond the reach of terrestrial networks. The system is designed to provide secure, low-latency and carrier-grade connectivity across land, sea and air.
Jio is also highlighting its role in developing global telecom standards through participation in organisations such as 3GPP and TM Forum. Its home-grown research and development includes patents, Standard Essential Patents, Open APIs and AI-native network technologies.
The company is showcasing an end-to-end telecom stack developed and tested on Indian networks. Jio says these technologies can offer cost-effective solutions for operators and enterprises, particularly in emerging markets, while creating opportunities for India to become a telecom technology exporter.
Another focus is Jio’s AI-native autonomous network technology, which can predict, optimise and self-heal network operations. The technology is designed to help telecom operators automate operations, improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Jio is also presenting its Education Stack, an AI-powered platform that brings students, teachers, parents and school administrators onto a unified ecosystem. It can enable schools to use existing devices for personalised learning, digital content, intelligent administration and real-time analytics.
The company’s AI-powered wearables are designed for applications including digital payments, healthcare, workplace safety and connected communities.
Jio’s AI-Powered Enterprise Stack combines connectivity, cloud, AI and digital capabilities on an integrated platform. It is aimed at sectors including retail, banking and financial services, manufacturing, energy, healthcare and government.
The showcase also includes JioAIHome, an AI-enabled smart home ecosystem designed to understand user needs and deliver more personalised and connected experiences.
Through these initiatives, Jio is positioning technologies developed and scaled in India as solutions that can be deployed across global markets.
