Healthcare startup MyKare.ai has raised $3.2 million in funding, including an additional $1 million in its Series A round, with participation from Andrew and Alfredo, founders of Papa.com, along with a leading Middle East family office.

The company said the fresh capital will be used to strengthen its AI capabilities, speed up product development, and support its expansion into global markets.
Founded in 2021 by Senu Sam, Rahmathulla T M, and Joash Philipose, MyKare.ai builds an AI-native operating system for clinics and hospitals. Its platform is designed to automate key healthcare workflows, including patient onboarding, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, communication, feedback collection, and other administrative tasks using AI agents and voice-based systems.
The startup focuses on improving both operational efficiency and patient experience by bringing multiple functions into a single integrated system. Its AI tools can handle patient queries, answer calls, identify intent, update CRM records, and assist with patient retention.
MyKare.ai currently works with healthcare providers across India, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The company competes in the growing AI healthcare automation space with players such as Yellow.ai, Haptik, Senseforth.ai, Hyro, and Cognigy.
