Emirates is growing as a startup hub. Dubai SME is pivotal in achieving that. The initiative started two decades ago. Since then, it attracted innovative business ideas. The initiative supported the launch of over 11,000 startups. It advised 45,000 entrepreneurs. Now, Dubai’s SME community constitutes 99.2 per cent of Emirates’ total companies. It comprises 50.5 percent of Emirates’ workforce. Emirates is keen to be a global startup hub.
