India’s first sports helmet testing centre to be established in Meerut. The centre will be ready within the next four months. The process will cost about Rs 3 crore. The helmets are mainly used by cricketers and hockey players. Earlier, the helmets were tested abroad. The testing facility in Meerut will likely begin in the first week of February 2023.
