The IT department wants the winners of online games to use the updated income tax returns (ITR-U) scheme. To disclose their incomes and pay taxes with applicable interest. Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) chairman Nitin Gupta said that players associated with just one gaming portal have been found to have won Rs 58,000 crore. The gross gaming winning amount is chargeable at 30% tax without any rebate or deduction. Gupta added the CBDT was in the process of issuing a clarification on the applicability. Indian Railways has drawn up plans to become an exporter of wheels  and issued a tender on Friday to build a factory that will produce at least 80,000 wheels each year, Labor Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said. At a press conference, Vaishnaw said the forged wheels needed for high-speed trains and LHB coaches are now being produced at the Make in India factory and the annual Rs 600 crore will secure procurement of 80,000 wheels.
