Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna have sold their luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Oberoi 360 West project for ₹80 crore. The property, located on the 39th floor, spans 6,830 sq ft and includes four parking spaces. The deal was registered on January 31, with a stamp duty payment of ₹4.80 crore.
High-Value Property in Mumbai
The per-square-foot price of the apartment stands at ₹1.17 lakh. The Oberoi 360 West project features two residential towers with 4 BHK and 5 BHK units, including duplexes and penthouses. The project, which received its occupation certificate in 2022, offers sea-facing views and luxury amenities.
Bollywood and Business Tycoons Own Apartments
Several celebrities and business leaders own properties in the Oberoi 360 West project. Bollywood stars Shahid Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan, D’Mart founder Radhakrishna Damani, and Everest Masala’s Vadilal Bhai Shah have invested in the development. Shahid Kapoor bought a 5,395 sq ft apartment for ₹60 crore in May 2024. Karan Bhagat, founder of 360 One, owns two units worth over ₹170 crore.

The Oberoi 360 West project has witnessed nearly 27 high-value property deals in 2024, amounting to ₹2,291 crore in total. The luxury complex remains a prime real estate destination for high-net-worth individuals.

On January 21, Akshay Kumar also sold his apartment in Borivali East, Mumbai, for ₹4.25 crore. The property is part of Sky City, a 25-acre residential project by Oberoi Realty.
