A US woman has gone viral for her playful imitation of an Indian chaiwala (tea-seller) in a fun-filled video. Jessica Vernekar, an American social media influencer, has gained attention for her humorous portrayal of the iconic street tea-seller in India.

A Fun Playful Act at Home

In the video, Jessica is seen preparing chai and samosas in her kitchen, then carrying them on a tray and serving them to her husband in a lighthearted manner. As she serves, she jokes, “Chai, samosas, bhajji. Chaiwala. Jessica chaiwala,” while her husband laughs in the background.

Dolly Chaiwala Comparison

Jessica’s playful performance was humorously captioned as “Dolly AMERICAN CHAI WALA. Chai was so good,” drawing a comparison to the viral sensation Dolly Chaiwala from Nagpur. Her husband even joins in, teasing her by asking, “Are you trying to be Dolly Chaiwala?” To which Jessica responds, “No, it’s Jessica Chaiwala.”

Social Media Reaction

The video has become a hit on social media, with many users commenting on how much they enjoyed Jessica’s entertaining mimicry. Jessica, who is married to an Indian man, has a sizable following on Instagram where she often shares her love for Indian cuisine and cultural moments.

Sharing Indian Flavors on Instagram

Jessica, known for her creative culinary posts, frequently shares recipes for Indian dishes on her Instagram. Her playful video adds another layer of charm to her content, endearing her even more to her growing audience.
