This year, Kovalam will host Huddle Global, the largest beachside startup festival in the country. A key highlight will be the introduction of the Women’s Zone, dedicated to female entrepreneurs. The festival will feature several events, including “Elevate Her: Investment Pathway for Women Founders,” women’s mental wellness sessions, leadership talks, and a Women Innovators Hub.
Event Dates and Inauguration
Scheduled from November 28 to 30, the sixth edition of Huddle Global will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. The event aims to enhance business networking, technical expertise, and investment opportunities for women entrepreneurs across various sectors.
Opportunities for Aspiring Entrepreneurs
The Women’s Zone is designed to support female entrepreneurs and aspiring women startup founders. Registration for “Elevate Her: Investment Pathway for Women Founders” will open in the second week of October, allowing ten women startups to participate. Additionally, participants will prepare pitch decks for the final demo day, refine storytelling techniques, and engage in mock pitch sessions.
Workshops and Mental Wellness
Workshops introducing no-code tools and mental wellness will also take place in the Women’s Zone. Selected women entrepreneurs and students will be invited to participate in the mental wellness event, focusing on emotional resilience and positive psychology in overcoming challenges in entrepreneurship.
Showcasing Women Entrepreneurs
Special features of the Women’s Zone will include a talk session on women in leadership, a Women Innovators Hub, and product showcases from women startups. Boot camps will be held to further support these initiatives.
Anticipated Participation
This year’s Huddle Global is expected to attract over 10,000 participants, including more than 3000 startups and over 100 advisors, along with 89 investors from around the world. The festival aims to elevate Kerala’s startup ecosystem and position the state as a global hub for innovative products and services based on new technologies.
Diverse Participants and Events
Over 200 high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), 200 corporations, and 150 speakers will attend Huddle Global. In addition to the main events, various sessions such as Marketing Madness, Super Coders, Founders Meet, and Impact 50 will enhance the festival’s appeal.
