The future of jetpacks has been discussed by Anand Mahindra. The Mahindra Group chairman tweeted a link to a popular video of a Gravity Industries jetsuit, writing: “Another futuristic mobility machine which won’t soon be a mass commuting device but will have tremendous niche applications. The Jetsuit might revolutionise rescue efforts. Anand Mahindra, a well-known supporter of homegrown invention, also stated on Twitter that he wanted the NDRF to use the jetpack. Despite the fact that it is still unclear how this mobility solution will be scaled up, it appears to be handy for crises in hard-to-reach places.
