- Adani Group will submit a public offer to acquire an additional 26% stake in media company NDTV on October 17th.
- The public tender to acquire 1.67 billion shares at Rs 294 per share is expected to close on 1 November, according to an advertisement by JM Financial, which manages the tender. If fully subscribed at Rs.294 per share, the public offering will be Rs.492.81 crore.
- On August 23, Adani Group announced that it would acquire a 29.18% stake in NDTV through the acquisition of VCPL, which owns 99.99% of RRPR Holding.
