Narendra Modi and Lee Jae Myung oversaw the signing of multiple agreements between India and South Korea aimed at deepening economic and strategic ties.

Around 15 key pacts were signed across sectors such as artificial intelligence, energy, shipbuilding, semiconductors, and trade, reflecting a broad-based partnership expansion.
Both countries have set an ambitious target to double bilateral trade to $50 billion by 2030, up from current levels of around $27 billion.
The leaders also agreed to upgrade their existing trade agreement (CEPA) and strengthen supply chains, technology collaboration, and investment flows.
This partnership comes amid global economic uncertainty, with both nations aiming to build resilient supply chains and future-focused industries.
The agreements mark a significant step toward transforming India–South Korea ties into a high-growth, technology-driven economic partnership in the Indo-Pacific region.
