Indian-origin executives have been increasingly prominent in global corporate leadership, spearheading innovation and strategic growth across diverse industries. From tech to pharmaceuticals, these CEOs bring a unique blend of vision, expertise, and cultural perspective to the world’s biggest companies.

Shailesh Jejurikar: The New Face of P&G

Set to take the helm of Procter & Gamble (P&G) on January 1, 2026, Shailesh Jejurikar will succeed Jon Moeller as the company’s President and CEO. With decades of leadership experience within P&G, Jejurikar is expected to drive the consumer goods giant into a new era of innovation and sustainability. His appointment marks another milestone in the growing representation of Indian-origin leaders in top corporate roles.
