ChargeIndia has launched a new EV charging aggregation platform that brings more than 40 charging networks together through a single app, aiming to make charging easier for electric vehicle users across India.
The platform addresses the fragmented EV charging system, where users often have to download multiple apps and maintain separate wallets to access different charging networks.
Available on both Android and iOS, the ChargeIndia app allows EV owners to find nearby charging stations, check real-time availability, get navigation to chargers, start charging and make payments through UPI.
The platform currently covers more than 1,200 cities and brings together charging networks including Statiq, ChargeMOD and ChargeZone.
ChargeIndia says users do not need to maintain separate prepaid balances with individual charging operators. Instead, the platform works as a neutral technology layer connecting EV users with multiple charging point operators without owning the charging infrastructure itself.
The service is also designed for automakers, fleet operators and mobility platforms. These businesses can integrate ChargeIndia to access multiple charging networks through a single integration instead of developing separate connections with each charging operator.
The company aims to simplify India’s growing EV charging ecosystem by bringing multiple networks, services and payment options onto one platform.
