India’s DeepTech startup ecosystem is set to get a major networking and investment platform with PIVOT 2026, a two-day national summit scheduled in Kochi on September 18 and 19.

Organised by IIM Kozhikode’s business incubator IIMK LIVE, the summit will be held at the Lulu IT Twin Towers Amenity Tower Auditorium in Kochi SmartCity. More than 1,000 startup founders, venture capitalists and technology experts working on future technologies are expected to participate.
PIVOT 2026 will focus on emerging sectors including artificial intelligence, robotics, space technology, semiconductors, climate technology, hardware and biotechnology. The summit aims to help DeepTech startups move from the prototype stage to commercially scalable businesses.
Representatives from the IndiaAI Mission, Department of Science and Technology and NITI Aayog are expected to participate alongside global technology companies such as Microsoft, AWS, Qualcomm and Walmart Global Tech.
Startups will also get opportunities to engage directly with investors from leading venture capital funds, including Bloom Ventures, Unicorn India Ventures, Speciale Invest and Samara Capital.
With the theme “Don’t just pitch the future. Build it,” PIVOT 2026 aims to create an ecosystem connecting DeepTech startups with technology support, market access and investment opportunities.
