Prevalent AI has raised a $22 million growth investment from Los Angeles-based Integrity Growth Partners, marking the company’s first primary capital raise in its nine-year history.
The London-based company, which has remained bootstrapped and profitable since its first customer, will use the investment to accelerate global expansion, strengthen its presence in the US and expand its leadership team.
Prevalent AI uses an AI-powered data fabric and knowledge graph to connect fragmented enterprise data and provide businesses with trusted, continuously updated context.
Initially focused on cybersecurity, the company plans to expand its technology into broader enterprise risk and AI use cases. Its annual recurring revenue has more than doubled over the past year, highlighting growing demand for its platform.
