Dubai development giant Emaar announced plans for a new masterplan centred on health and wellness at an exclusive event held at the Armani Hotel on Monday, May 20. The new project, named The Heights Country Club & Wellness, aims to redefine residential living in Dubai.
Emaar’s latest venture, valued at AED 55 billion, will introduce over 11,400 residential units across an expansive 81 million square feet. This community is designed to offer an exclusive retreat lifestyle, blending high-quality amenities with serene landscapes to create a sustainable residential hub that promotes health and wellbeing.
