As part of the Transplant Games promotion, a dynamic flash mob was orchestrated on November 12 to underscore the profound significance of organ donation. This campaign strategically aimed to reach the wider public, setting the stage for the main event on December 9.
On Chirldren’s Day, the promotional event took a heartwarming turn as children who had undergone organ transplants revelled in a Water Metro journey. This extraordinary event featured children like Ish Mehreen (9), Adil Muhammad (13), Parvathi Shinu (9), and Henok Harshan (6), alongside Ann Maria (9) and Anjali (23), who underwent organ transplantation. The journey served as a powerful symbol of triumph over organ transplants, intending to disseminate awareness about organ donation.
Dr. Nobil Gracious, the Executive Director of K-SOTTO (Kerala Society of Organ Transplantation and Tissue Transplantation Organization), has played a pivotal role in public awareness programs, showcasing the positive impact of organ donation.
