Air India issues 40-page grooming guidelines for cabin crew
Below given are some of the rules
Personal tie pins are not allowed
Religious rings, nose pins, and neck jewellery are not allowed
Colour streaks and henna are not allowed
Religious thread on the wrist, neck and ankle are not allowed
- The male crew must wear black uniform jackets throughout the flight
- Those with a receding hairline can opt for a bald look
- The male crew must use hair gel
- The female crew must wear complete makeup for all flight duties
- They can use the company shade card only
- A bald look is allowed for the crew
- Grey hair must be regularly coloured in a natural shade
