E-commerce marketplace Flipkart launches ‘Flipverse’. Flipverse is a metaverse experience. Users can experience and buy products in three-dimensional virtual reality. It can be accessed via a smartphone. There is no need to have a VR headset. More than 15 brands have signed up for the venture. Some are Puma, Noise, Nivea, VIP, and Himalaya. They will display about 100 products on Flipverse. This is the first time a traditional e-commerce company launched the Web3 service. Flipkart has partnered with eDAO, Polygon, and Guardian Link for it. All Android users can access Flipverse via the Flipkart app.
