Freshot, a Bengaluru-based restaurant, has introduced an idli-making vending machine.Named idli bot or ‘idli ATM’, the system will provide 24-hour ATM-like access to idli and chutney.Idli, Vada and Podi Idli are all included in the menu.Online payments and food orders can be made by scanning the application code on the vending machine.Reports suggest that it can deliver up to 72 idlis in 12 minutes. To place an order and make a payment, simply scan the QR code located on the ATM. The food will be ready and packed in under 55 seconds after the ATM scans the resulting code that is on your mobile device.
