The Adani Group to invest Rs 10,000 cr in West Bengal
The investment will take place over the next decade
Adani said the new investment will create 25,000 direct and indirect employment
He announced it at the Bengal Global Business Summit 2022 (BGBS)
Focus will be on digital innovation via world-class port infrastructure, advanced data centres, and undersea cables
Group company Adani Wilmar already HAS an edible oil plant in Haldia
Adani is also the highest bidder for the Tajpur deep seaport
The state has not yet acknowledged Adani Port as L1 bidder
