India’s automobile industry may witness the ongoing semiconductor crisis for a while 

It may remain as a concern till June 2022, said MG Motor India

Due to this, delivery of cars are getting delayed

Meanwhile, the company is going to expand its presence in the electric vehicle sector

It will launch a new car in the below Rs 20 lakh category soon

Within one year, the company had captured over 90% market share in the above Rs 20-lakh category EVs 

It was done through the launch of ‘ZS EV’ 

The company saw a 78% jump in electric vehicle brand during the January to August period of 2021
