Innovations for Defence Excellence Programme The Ministry of Defence (MoD) and an aerospace startup, NewSpace, has signed an agreement for the development of a High Altitude Pseudo Satellite (HAPS). The contract was signed on February 10. HAPS is an unmanned aircraft.
