EY said in a statement that the decision was taken after a strategic review. This is expected to split its advisory and auditing activities into two separate bodies in certain jurisdictions. Twitter has announced plans to expand its community fact-checking program Birdwatch with a new form of content moderation. Twitter is reportedly expanding the program to half of all US users. The company launched the Birdwatch project last year to give more context to misleading tweets by gathering more relevant information from viewers. Previously, only a few people could view Birdwatch notes, but all of them were published on the website at Birdwatch.
