Burjeel Holdings is one of the largest healthcare service providers in the UAE. It owns hospitals and medical centres under the Burjeel, Medeor, LLH, Lifecare and Tajmeel brands. The hospitals are spread across the UAE and Oman. Shah Rukh Khan is the face of the group.

According to deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia, the Delhi government has urged the Centre that the country’s retail commerce sector be improved by streamlining registration requirements and enacting cutting-edge business practises. Regarding the future national retail trade policy, the government has issued a letter with five recommendations to the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) of the central government. The implementation of a single ID system for easier business registration and the creation of a stringent monitoring and evaluation framework in the Central Inspection System (CIS) are two recommendations. RBI’s card-on-file (CoF) tokenisation norms come into effect from October 1. The credit and debit card rules will change with this. The new rules expect to improve the payment experience of cardholders. The shopper will have to enter entire card details when shopping. Once the purchase begins, the merchant will start tokenisation. It will ask for consent to tokenise the card. Once it is approved, the merchant will put a request to the card network. The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet approved the bio-energy strategy in an effort to draw substantial investments and boost the state’s agricultural income.The goal of the policy is to encourage and assist the state’s production of compressed biogas, biocoal, ethanol, and biodiesel. The MSME (small and medium businesses) strategy, which aims to open and support such units in all districts, was also given the green light by the Cabinet. Saudi Arabia has signed a deal worth $10.6 billion to develop the infrastructure of 11 cities around the Kingdom. The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing signed the deal with the National Housing Company on the sidelines of the Exhibition of Projects of Distinguished Cities under the patronage of King Salman. The agreement will cover infrastructure, service delivery, and facilities for a quality life. It includes more than 150,000 housing units for 11 cities in the Kingdom. The Ministry of Railways has made online registration mandatory for the transportation of goods with the national transporter as part of its efforts to digitise its records. Beginning on November 1, the new rules will be in effect.
